Game Rules - Dubai Big Lottery

Participation is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Residents of the United Kingdom are expressly prohibited from registering, accessing, or participating in any Game. Access is also blocked for users in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions, as outlined in Dubai Big Lottery's Red List of prohibited countries.

By registering and entering any of the Games, you expressly agree to be bound by these Rules, as well as our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy which are available on our official website and mobile app (when launched). If you do not agree, you must not participate.

The list of prohibited countries includes: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea (DPRK), Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

Please refer to the full rules for all capitalised words and expressions. Examples include:

• Account: An online Account maintained by a Customer on the Central Computer System for purchases, credits, entries, and withdrawals.
• AED: United Arab Emirates Dirham.
• Draw: The process of selecting winning numbers using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Customer Service Centre: Contact at contact@dubaibiglottery.ae.
• Platform: The Dubai Big Lottery website www.dubaibiglottery.ae and mobile app (when available).
• Prize: A prize won by a Customer as determined by these Rules.
• Wallets:
  • Wallet Balance: Where credits are stored for participation in future games.
  • Winning Balance: Where winnings are stored and, if exceeding AED 200, can be withdrawn to a bank account.
• Sanctions List: Countries and individuals to whom access is blocked.

Interpretations:

• Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
• In case of a conflict, the following order of precedence applies: (1) Terms & Conditions, (2) Game Rules, (3) Privacy Policy.
• If there is any inconsistency between the English version and a translation, the English version prevails.
• If promotional material conflicts with these Rules, these Rules take precedence.

• Products and services may be purchased through the Platform at prices set per game.
• Each valid purchase provides one complimentary entry to the corresponding draw.
• Eligibility: You must be 18+, not prohibited by law in your jurisdiction, comply with all policies, and not be a prohibited person as specified in the Rules.
• Use credits in your Wallet Balance to enter games. Confirmation of entry is sent via email, in-platform message, or push notification.
• If you do not receive confirmation, check your account or contact support at contact@DubaiBigLottery.ae.
• Dubai Big Lottery may determine whether entries submitted within 30 minutes of a draw are included or carried forward.
• Entry is not guaranteed; Dubai Big Lottery may reject or limit entries at its sole discretion.

• Draw time, frequency, date, and method are determined by Dubai Big Lottery.
• Draws are conducted using certified RNGs and in accordance with internal procedures, overseen by the Draw Manager and, as applicable, independent representatives.
• If a draw is declared invalid or disrupted, a replacement or rescheduled draw will be conducted.

• Winnings are credited to your Winning Balance.
• Winning numbers are published on the Platform as soon as practicable after the draw.
• Dubai Big Lottery is not liable for notification failures or publication errors.
• If there is a discrepancy, the numbers recorded in the Central Computer System prevail.

• Raffle draws: One prize category per draw, selection is automated by RNG, winnings credited to Winning Balance.
• Spin Wheel draws: Governed by game-specific rules; only one prize category per entry applies.
• Prizes are rounded down to the nearest AED 1.
• Winners are notified and winnings are credited to your account. All tax liabilities are your responsibility.
• Grand prizes may be paid as a lump sum, in installments, or a combination at company discretion.

• All prize payments are subject to KYC and compliance screening.
• Proof of identity, age, and eligibility required.
• Winnings (except Grand Prizes) transferred via bank wire after due diligence.
• Grand Prizes must be collected in person at the UK head office; all travel costs are the winner's responsibility.
• Unclaimed Grand Prizes after 6 months are forfeited.
• Prize payments are made in AED. No interest is payable.
• All costs, fees, and currency conversion charges are borne by the winner.
• We reserve the right to reclaim prizes obtained by fraud or rule violation, and to require legal documentation for claims by heirs.

By participating, you consent to the use and disclosure of your personal data for promotional and compliance purposes, including publication of your name, photos, and prize details (subject to applicable data protection laws) for up to one year. Participation in interviews or marketing is voluntary. Information may be disclosed to insurers, auditors, or authorities when required.

Dubai Big Lottery may postpone, reschedule, or delay any draw due to technical, legal, or operational reasons. All valid entries remain for the rescheduled draw unless withdrawn or refunded.

• Dubai Big Lottery’s sole obligation is limited to paying claimed prizes to registered account holders in accordance with these Rules and applicable law.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dubai Big Lottery and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or failures in third-party systems, force majeure, or user error.
• Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death/personal injury by negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
• Claims must be filed within six (6) months or are permanently barred.
• Only registered account holders can claim prizes; syndicate members must claim through the registered holder.

• All discretionary decisions by Dubai Big Lottery or One Path Wealth Limited are final and binding unless required otherwise by law.
• We may withhold payment or deposit the disputed amount with a court in case of disputes.
• Invalid provisions are severed without affecting the remainder of the Rules.
• You cannot assign your rights or obligations; Dubai Big Lottery may assign its rights/obligations at its sole discretion.
• Non-parties cannot enforce these Rules. We may amend the Rules at any time; continued participation constitutes acceptance.

These Rules are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Legal proceedings are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
